Design Consultation
₦25,000 – ₦40,000
One visit, in person or virtual. We assess the space and give you verbal recommendations on layout, colour and materials. No drawings included.

Full design plan: layout drawings, a mood board, and a materials and furniture sourcing list with supplier contacts. Price depends on room count. Execute it yourself or hand it to your own contractor.

Design fee + 10–15%
We design, then manage the tradespeople through execution: scheduling, quality checks and reporting. The percentage is of total project cost, on top of the Tier 2 design fee.

Terms of Service
Full pricing for Tiers 1 to 3 is shown above. Here is the rest of how we work, in plain terms.
1. Booking and deposits
Tier 1 consultation fees are payable at the time of booking. Tier 2 design fees are payable in full before drawings, mood boards or sourcing lists are released.
Tier 4 commercial fit-outs are quoted individually after a site visit; a deposit is agreed in writing before design work starts.
Break point: after Tier 1 or Tier 2, you may stop and carry out the work yourself. Anything we hand over is yours to use.
2. Supply of materials and furniture
Residential. Fabrics, wallpapers, furniture, accessories and floor coverings are supplied at competitive prices. You receive a detailed quotation for approval before any purchase order is placed. Haulage, clearing and delivery charges are passed on at cost.
Commercial. We charge a negotiated handling commission calculated as a percentage of the total cost price of the supply contract. We reserve the right to determine the commercial status of a project, and proof of business registration may be requested.
Imported items. Prices for imported materials hold for 14 days and are subject to the exchange rate and clearing costs on the day the order is placed. Lead times of 6 to 12 weeks are normal and are stated in your quotation.
3. Soft furnishings, joinery and specialist work
- Full soft furnishing, upholstery and curtain-making service from our own workroom.
- Custom furniture, rugs and fitted joinery for kitchens, wardrobes, bars, libraries and TV walls.
- Specialist trades coordinated on your behalf: decorative paint finishes, POP and screeding, polished plaster, stone and tile work, metalwork, glasswork, murals and signage.
- Sourcing of art, crafts and antique pieces on request.
4. Shopping trips
We will accompany you to showrooms, markets, galleries and fairs. ₦75,000 for a half day and ₦150,000 for a full day of seven hours, inclusive of VAT. Travel outside Enugu is charged at cost.
5. Timelines and cancellation
- Under Tier 3, works are typically funded 70% on mobilisation and 30% on practical completion, unless your proposal states otherwise.
- Payment is by bank transfer to the company account only. We do not accept cash for project sums.
- Programmes assume continuous site access, water and either a power supply or a generator on site. Delays outside our control move the completion date by the same number of days.
- Cancellation after mobilisation is subject to the cost of work already done and materials already ordered. Custom-made and cut-to-size items cannot be returned.
- We guarantee our workmanship for 12 months from handover. Manufacturer warranties on supplied items are passed on to you.
6. VAT and receipts
All fees and charges are subject to VAT at the rate in force, currently 7.5%. Withholding tax, where applicable, is deducted and remitted by the client, and a WHT credit note is required. A receipt is issued for every payment.
